Sacred Shadow Box Workshop

Combining found objects, natural materials, photos, symbols, and written words, you’ll create a visual altar that reflects your inner journey. Connect with your own unique personal themes of healing, transformation, ancestry, or gratitude.

 

What we’ll do:

  • Begin with a short grounding meditation to set personal intentions

  • Learn basic design and composition techniques for shadow boxes

  • Incorporate meaningful symbols, colors, and textures

No artistic experience is needed! Just an open heart and curiosity.

All materials are provided, though participants are encouraged to bring small (about 1-2 inches) personal items (photos, keepsakes, or natural objects) to include in their piece.

 

You’ll leave with a beautiful, one-of-a-kind spiritual shadow box; a personal shrine that continues to inspire reflection and mindfulness long after class ends!

Journey Back To Self -
A Group Setting Workshop Series

Journey Back to Self is an invitation to turn inward and remember the deeper wisdom that lives within you. Rooted in spiritual practice and gentle self-reflection, this workshop series creates space for reconnection, clarity, and inner alignment—beyond the noise of daily life.

These sessions are for those who feel called to listen more deeply, to soften the edges of experience, and to reconnect with intuition, tenderness, and quiet knowing. No prior meditation or spiritual training is needed—only a willingness to move slowly and meet yourself where you are.

Through guided journeys, reflection, and contemplative practices, you’ll cultivate grounding, self-trust, and a sense of inner steadiness you can return to again and again. Each session includes a reflection workbook, and in-person participants receive access to the online series to revisit the teachings and meditations whenever the call arises.

This is not about fixing or striving.
It is a remembering.
A return.
A coming home to yourself.

SESSION BREAKDOWN

·         Session 1: Creating Your Inner Resting Place
Begin by establishing a personal mental space; a sanctuary you can access at any time for meditation, reflection, or simply a moment of calm amidst the business of life.

·         Session 2: Connecting with Younger Parts of Self
Reawaken the sense of wonder and joy by engaging with your younger parts of self, the parts of you that see the world with curiosity, openness, and delight.

·         Session 3: Embracing the Present Self
Explore your current inner truth. Identify what aligns with your highest good and gain clarity on what no longer serves you—releasing what is ready to be let go.

·         Session 4: Meeting the Inner Elder
Conclude the series by connecting with your inner elder, the wise aspect of yourself. Receive insight and guidance to support your continued growth, trust, and connection on your personal journey.
